Mattison Public Relations provides senior level advice to organisations, on ways to assess, manage and monitor risk to the reputation of their businesses, their individuals and their brands. This includes:
- Crisis management support, including a fully outsourced press office with out of hours support
- Online reputation management, eg responding to negative and/or defamatory forum posts
- Crisis preparedness training with simulated crisis management scenarios
- Preparing a communications plan to be used in the event of a crisis, detailing responsibilities of key stakeholders and including draft holding statements and Q&A documents. We regularly undertake this work for regulated businesses
