Our fintech client was looking to break into and revolutionise the UK wealth management market, through its focus on technology and innovative pricing strategies. The aim of our campaign was to successfully launch our fintech client in the UK wealth management sector and rapidly establish them as one of the UK’s leading “robo-advisors”.
In order to deliver our client a hard-hitting and cost-effective PR campaign – that supported our client’s launch in the UK – we conducted research into a series of themes that would allow us to highlight our client’s USPs and how these cater to UK investor needs.
We also positioned our client as one of the leading authorities on issues facing investors and the wealth management industry. These included:
- How much investors are losing to “closet” index-tracking
- Excessive fee structures of traditional wealth managers
- How much savers are losing through the negative real returns on cash savings
- How many people actually use their ISA tax breaks – and to what degree
